​Our guided tours are fun, engaging, and perfect for senior groups, clubs, bus tours, historical societies, and families. Tours run 45 minutes to two hours and are available Monday–Saturday with advance reservations. ​Please reserve at least three weeks ahead.

Standard Tour Rates

Guided tours of the Village of Yesteryear are available Tuesday through Sunday from May 1 – September 30 at 1:30 pm. 

• Adult Admission: $5

• Children: 7 - 16 $3

• Six and under: Free

Step Back in Time Tour

Spend a full day with your group on the Step Back in Time tour in Owatonna. The tour features the Minnesota State Public School Orphanage Museum, Village of Yesteryear, Steele County History Center, and Louis Sullivan Bank in downtown Owatonna. Lunch is included with the complete package. We look forward to hearing from you! Offered seasonally May 1 – September 30.
