Join the Steele County Historical Society (SCHS) for an exciting day on an escorted Mystery Bus Tour. On Friday, April 12 the bus will depart from the Steele County History Center at 7:30 AM and return at approximately 4:30 PM.
A valid state photo ID or passport is required for admission, and reservation and payment must be made not later than March 29.
Where are we going? No one on the bus – except the driver and tour escort Jerry Ganfield – will know. The one-day trip to the destination is secret, but guaranteed to offer an enjoyable, educational, innovative way to experience history.
Tickets for the tour are available at the Steele County History Center, 1700 Austin Road, Owatonna. SCHS Member rate is $55.00 and the non-member rate $65.00. Space is limited and filling quickly. The group will stop for lunch, which is paid on your own, but menu item to be selected when ticket is purchased.
The SCHS is open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 AM until 4 PM, Thursdays from 10 AM until 8 PM, and Saturdays from 10 AM until 3 PM. The phone number is 507-451-1420.
